How is parking situated, do you have guest parking?

We have three levels of parking, first come first serve and reserved parking spaces available for rent. Guest parking is limited to the basement level of the garage and guests are granted access through the Butterfly app.

Do you have onsite security?

Yes, we have 24/7 monitored cameras and an onsite courtesy officer.

Do you have EV Chargers?

Yes, we have a select few available on first come first serve basis.

How are packages handled?

Currently we have a package room handled by the onsite team with plans to replace with 24/7 accessible lockers in 2026.

Do you have rentable event spaces?

Yes, we have a Sky lounge that overlooks Downtown Houston available for private rental parties.
